• Private VPC & Edge Enclaves: AI pipelines, embedding indexing, and inference services are deployed within isolated, private VPC instances or on-premise hardware governed strictly by your organization.
• Ephemeral Processing: In-flight requests processed through our APIs and microservices are discarded immediately after inference or synchronization cycles conclude.

We only collect information necessary to provide our engineering services, communicate with you, and maintain system health:

• Inquiry & Contact Details: When you initiate a project discussion, we collect your name, email address (such as inquiries sent to digitizzsolutions@gmail.com), company name, and project specifications.
• Technical Telemetry: Anonymized usage data such as browser type, operating system, and performance metrics collected solely to optimize page load speeds and prevent denial-of-service attempts.
